Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In their original condition
• With all original tags attached

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or used cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm whether it is eligible for a refund. Approved refunds will be processed using the available payment method.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly.
